Rose Getugi is the Assistant Team Lead at the Kenya Ostomy Association (KOA), where she supports the organization’s initiatives and assists in managing the essential database of ostomy patients and caregivers. With a strong background in business support and a keen eye for detail, Rose plays a vital role in maintaining accurate, up-to-date records and ensuring strict confidentiality.

In her capacity as Assistant Team Lead, Rose oversees daily team activities, coordinates project timelines, and ensures effective communication across departments. She assists with training new team members, handles scheduling, and monitors project progress to meet KOA’s goals.

Additionally, she supports administrative functions, helping KOA operate efficiently and extend its outreach efforts within the ostomy community.
